District Payroll Processing
The Riverside County Office of Education provides a uniform payroll system that serves school districts, community colleges, charter schools, and the County Office of Education. The District Payroll Processing unit provides support and assistance in the processing of payroll and W-2s. The unit also provides technical support and advice regarding payroll law compliance and other payroll-related matters. Other services include:
- Direct Deposit processing and reversals
- Payroll warrant replacements and cancellations
- Processing of wage garnishment orders
- Salary abatements
- Taxed Sheltered Annuities (TSA) processing
- Payment of state and federal payroll withholding taxes
- Maintenance of voluntary deduction codes
- Health and Welfare employee contribution codes
- Payroll Vendor Maintenance
