Multilingual Education

California Global 2030 outlines a vision "to better prepare students for twenty-first century careers and college, recognizing that multilingualism is an essential skills." RCOE is committed to providing support to our 23 county districts engaged in multilingual programs and pathways in pursuit of that Global 2030 vision.

RCOE support and services are grounded in the 7 strands of the Guiding Principles of Dual Language Education from the Center for Applied Linguistics and the work being done around the California World Languages Standards.
