From the ground up, there are four key conditions as the base, in sequence one upon the other building in size, and they are labeled:

- Productive Instructional Strategies
- Social and Emotional Learning
- Systems of Support
The four pillars are stationed at the four corners, shown in a view that shows all four pillars, and they are labeled:

- Collaborative Leadership Practices
- Family & Community Engagement
- Extended Learning Time & Opportunities
The four cornerstones sit atop the pillars, are large square structures, and are labeled:
- Assets-Drive and Strengths-Based Practices
- Restorative
- Powerful Culturally Proficient and Relevant Instruction
- Shared Decision Making and Participatory Practices
Finally, the four proven practices connect the four pillars into a cohesive structure. This structure sits inside other countywide structures and foundations. The four connectors are labeled:
- Community Asset Mapping and Gap Analysis
- Community School Coordinator
- Site-Based and LEA-Based Advisory Councils
- Integrating and Aligning with Other Relevant Programs
The framework serves to support student and family services:

- Basic Needs
- Community Gardens
- Wash Facilities
- Post Secondary Linkages
