New School Counselor Academy

This program was developed to provide direct support to TK-12 school counselors in their first year. Designed as a series of three-day workshops, these interactive sessions feature local and national experts in school counseling and topics covered include: using data, showcasing results, and advocating with administrators. Additionally, participants can receive individualized support as needed to strengthen their program and build their capacity as they navigate their first year.
