Health Services

The Migrant Education Program helps ensure that students are healthy and ready to learn by connecting families to important medical, dental, and social services, especially when health issues may be affecting a child's ability to succeed in school.

Migrant supplemental funds are used only after all other available resources have been explored, ensuring that families receive the support they need in the most effective way.

Services may include:

  • Regional Health Conferences
  • Health Fairs
  • Dental, Auditory, and Optical Screenings
  • Referrals to health providers and community agencies

Our goal is to remove barriers to learning and support the overall well-being of migrant students and their families.
