The Infant CIRCLE program meets the developmental needs of eligible infants under three years who have disabilities and empowers families to enhance their child’s development.
Infant and Toddler Programs
The infant program provides early intervention services in home settings. Staff train parents to work with their infants to remediate delays whenever possible. The Preschool/GRASP Program is designed to remediate mild delays prior to the time a child enters kindergarten.
This program serves preschool children, ages three to five who are experiencing mild delays in Head Start-State Preschool, private preschool or home settings.
More than 75% of the preschoolers exiting the program will enter regular kindergarten without the need for further special education services.
