Family and Provider Portals

Early Care and Education (ECE) has online portals for families and providers.

  • The Family Portal is for families who are enrolled in the child care services through RCOE.  Families interested in applying for child care services please visit Early Care and Education Eligibility List (EL)or contact our Child Care Resource and Referral office at (800) 442-4927.
  • The Provider Portal is for child care providers who have contracted with RCOE. Child care providers who would like to be added to the Resource and Referral list, should contact our Child Care Resource and Referral office at (800) 442-4927.

 

To register, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to our Family Portal Website.
  2. Click on “Register”.
  3. Enter your email address.
  4. Enter your preferred password that meets the password requirements
