The Risk Management unit provides for the administration of employee health and welfare benefits, workers compensation, property and liability coverage, as well as overall administration of the unemployment insurance claims management system and tax-deferred investment program for school districts and community colleges.

Workplace Violence Prevention Plan

The Riverside County Office of Education (RCOE) is committed to providing a safe and secure environment free of violence and threats of violence and to safeguarding all students, employees and guests entering RCOE properties.

RCOE has established and implemented the following Workplace Violence Prevention Plan, including the Workplace Violence Incident Report Form should any incident occur.
