The Operational Support Services Department strives to provide extraordinary customer service to RCOE students, staff, districts, and charters alike. Comprised of four main groups - Facilities, Contracts and Purchasing, Logistics, and Emergency Preparedness, and ultimately 14 units, OSS serves as the backbone to the organization.
We provide safe and functional learning, teaching, and conference environments, and do our best to ensure students and staff have what they need across the county.

The Facility Services department oversees Riverside County Office of Education construction projects from land acquisition, project design and agency approvals, through construction and closeout. Department staff work closely with a myriad of state and local agencies and act as a liaison to our local school districts.
